RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to refund any unopened or gently used products within 14 days of delivery through our website. Only products purchased from lockhartsauthentic.com are eligible for return. Purchases made through Amazon, third-party retailers, or other channels are not subject to this return policy and must be returned through the original point of sale. All returns are inspected upon receipt at our warehouse.


POLICY TERMS

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. Refunds initiated outside this window are not eligible for refund.

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning product(s) to our warehouse.

Returns of items that qualified for a free promotional item(s) must be returned with the free promotional item(s) included. Returns received without the qualifying free item may be refunded at a reduced amount reflecting the retail value of the promotional item.

Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email with your refund amount once the return has been fully processed.

For items returned within our returns policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Refunds issued to a credit card may take 7–10 business days to post to your account, depending on your issuing bank. For other payment methods, please contact the relevant payment provider or financial institution for processing timelines.

Lockhart's Authentic reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
