How It Works
1. Test the product lightly (that means a small dime-sized scoop for pomades or a spray or two for fragrances).
2. Contact us within 14 days of delivery if the product isnβt for you.
3. Return the original product to our warehouse with any included box packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Tell us what replacement product you would like in a note with your return.
5. Once received and inspected, weβll ship your replacement product.

- Products must be returned nearly unused.
- One complimentary product exchange per customer.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

How fast will you ship my order?
- All orders placed before 2:00 Eastern Time are shipped SAME DAY! Transit times vary but typically shipments arrive to U.S. addresses 2-3 days after ordering.
- Orders ship Mon - Fri. If you order on a major holiday your order will ship next business day.
I want to return my item(s), what do I do next?
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, weβre happy to swap any unopened or gently used products within 14 days of delivery through our website. Only products purchased from lockhartsauthentic.com are eligible for return. Purchases made through Amazon, third-party retailers, or other channels are not subject to this return policy and must be returned through the original point of sale. All returns are inspected upon receipt at our warehouse.

β’ Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning product(s) to our warehouse.

What is Giallo?
What is Giallo?
Giallo is a style of Italian thriller and horror cinema that exploded in popularity during the 1960s and 1970s. The films became known for vivid color, stylish cinematography, elaborate murder mysteries, masked or black-gloved killers, pulpy violence, and unforgettable soundtracks.
The word giallo literally means βyellowβ in Italian, a reference to the yellow-covered mystery novels that helped inspire the genre.

Why does the fragrance smell this way?
We wanted Giallo to feel unmistakably Italian without simply smelling old-fashioned. Bright bergamot, grapefruit, and yuzu give it that classic Mediterranean freshness, while smooth woods, musk, Hedione, and Iso E Super bring the fragrance into the present.
